Mudlo National Park

This is the largest natural stand of hoop pine in SE Queensland that is easily seen from the road. It is about 4 km north of Kilkivan. Sign post to it is opposite the hotel.
There is a walk at the bottom of the range. This photo was taken at the top of the range (bitumen) looking east. There is a toilet block and a picnic table there. This road is a no through road - do not trust the map! But worth a drive for a further 1-2 km.
