Crowds watch a band play during Trafalgar Day celebrations outside the United Services Club, 1905. 'On Trafalgar Day, celebrations were held in many Queensland schools commemorating Nelson's naval victory over Napoleon. Trafalgar Day appears to have been celebrated until 1918 when it seems to have been replaced by Anzac Day.'
