Chatsworth homestead about 1911. The baby is my aunt Nancy Elizabeth "Betty" d'Archy born in Toowoomba on 28 Nov 1910; probably born there to escape the fierce heat in NQ. The family were still living at Chatsworth when my mother Lilian Vada "Vada" d'Archy was born in March 1913 about the end of the Wet. Other people in the photo are my grandmother Edith Lilian "Lily" (Hunt) d'Archy, grandfather Thomas Eccaboon "Dick" d'Archy, nursemaid Kithy, and stockmen (names not given).
