Keith George Tennent was born on 23 May 1922 in Rockhampton, Queensland, the son of Walter James Tennent and Margaret Helena Tennent. He enlisted in the Royal Australian Air Force on 18 Jul 1942 and served as a Pilot Officer in the 83rd Squadron. He was the tail gunner in a Pathfinder. He died on 27 August 1944, aged 22, during a flying battle in Denmark. He was buried in a churchyard in Randbol, Denmark. His service number was 426768.
