The Cracroft River in south Tasmania starts below Federation Peak at an elevation of 405m and ends at an elevation of 118m merging with the Huon River.

The Cracroft River drops around 287m over its 30.9km length.

The following creeks and rivers flow into the Cracroft River: Strike Creek, South Cracroft River and Hopetoun Creek.
