The Oban River in northeast New South Wales starts below Mount Duncan at an elevation of 1360m and ends at an elevation of 818m merging with the Sara River.
The Oban River drops around 542m over its 46.5km length.
The Oban River flows through Little Llangothlin Lake (1354m) on its way to joining the Sara River.
