The Cullen River in the northwest of the Northern Territory starts at an elevation of 182m and ends at an elevation of 111m merging with the Fergusson River.

The Cullen River drops around 71.1m over its 47.3km length.

The following creeks and rivers flow into the Cullen River: Copperfield Creek, Pine Creek and Camp Creek.
