The Goobarragandra River in south New South Wales starts below Peppercorn Hill at an elevation of 1330m and ends at an elevation of 272m merging with the Tumut River.

The Goobarragandra River drops around 1060m over its 56km length.

The following creeks and rivers flow into the Goobarragandra River: Peak River, Sandy (Waterfall) Creek, Feints Creek, Emu Flat Creek and Broken Cart Creek.
