The Weir River flows through Queensland and New South Wales and starts at an elevation of 358m and ends at an elevation of 166m merging with the Barwon River.

The Weir River drops around 192m over its 470km length.

The Weir River flows through Wanda Wanda Waterhole (180m) on its way to joining the Barwon River.
