The Namoi River in northeast New South Wales starts below Bald Rock Mountain at an elevation of 708m and ends at an elevation of 130m merging with the Barwon River.

The Namoi River drops around 578m over its 708km length.

The Namoi River flows through Lake Keepit (323m) and flows into Baraneal Lagoon (142m) on its way to joining the Barwon River.
