The Barcoo River flows through Avington Waterhole (231m), Coolagh Waterhole (227m), Oma Waterhole (199m), Killman Waterhole (198m), One Mile Waterhole (194m), May More Waterhole (193m), Green Lagoon (188m), Lily Lagoon (187m), Smith Lagoon (184m), Skeleton Hole (180m), Merriman Waterhole (174m), Louisa Waterhole (174m), Green Lagoon Waterhole (172m), Sawyers Waterhole (168m), Shepherds Waterhole (168m), Top Sawyer Waterhole (168m), Chinaman Waterhole (166m), Bull Waterhole (164m), Skull Waterhole (159m), Francis Hole (150m), Trafalgar Waterhole (150m), Welford Waterhole (149m), Garden Lagoon (147m), Heifer Hole (147m), Swan Hole (146m), Alex Hole (146m), Stake Yard Hole (146m), Daveys Hole (145m), Lily Hole (145m), Adaford Waterhole (141m), Seventeen Mile Waterhole (139m), Boomerang Waterhole (138m), Flat Waterhole (138m), Shed Hole (138m), Emu Waterhole (136m), Coolibah Waterhole (135m), Euro Waterhole (132m) and flows into Beantree Waterhole (129m) on its way to joining the Cooper Creek.
