On a scale of 1:200, the drawing shows the different rooms and layout of this four-bedroomed house. This drawing was done by architect Peter Newell ca.1975 as a preliminary scheme of alterations for Dr. Thelander. Rangemoor was originally designed by architect Robin Dods in 1907 and the original owners were John and Winifred Grout.
