The Myall River drops around 355m over its 91.9km length. The Myall River flows through Little Brasswater (12m), Brasswater (9m) and flows into Bombah Broadwater (1m). The following creeks and rivers flow into the Myall River: Crawford River, Little Myall River, Kyle Creek, Monkey Jacket Creek and Pipers Creek.
