Gorge Waterfall is a waterfall on a tributary of the Cedar Creek nestled amongst mountains such as Mount Millar (477m) and Triplet Rocks (490m) in east Queensland. Gorge Waterfall is about 870km north-northwest of Brisbane (show me). Gorge Waterfall is at an altitude of approximately 268m.
We estimate that Gorge Waterfall is between 85m and 140m high. This estimate is based on analysis of the topographic profile around the waterfall and may not be an accurate figure for the total fall of water seen if viewing the falls.
The nearest populated place is the village of Midge Point which is 21km away with a population of around 480 (show me a map with Gorge Waterfall and Midge Point).
The nearest sealed road to Gorge Waterfall is the Bruce Highway (6.85km away).
