Triabunna is located on the Tasman Highway in east Tasmania a distance of about 60km northeast from Hobart (show me). Triabunna has a population of around 700 and is one of the smaller towns in Australia. Triabunna is at an altitude of about 13m above sea level. Triabunna is one of the easternmost villages in Tasmania. The nearest ocean is the Southern Ocean about 150km south-southwest of Triabunna.

Triabunna is on the Maclaines Creek.

The nearest more populous place is the town of Sorell - Midway Point which is 42km away with a population of around 3,600 (show me a map with Triabunna and Sorell - Midway Point).
