St Kilda is a suburb of south-southeast Melbourne in south Victoria and has a population of around 16,000 (52.1% male, 47.9% female). Around 2812 families live in the area and of those 21.4% have one or more children under the age of 15. 11.8% of families have only a single parent while 62.3% of couples have no children. St Kilda covers an area of approximately 302 hectares (746 acres).
