You'll find the village of Cygnet on the Channel Highway in Tasmania 37km southwest of Hobart (show me). Cygnet has a population of around 800 and is one of the smaller towns in Australia. Cygnet is about 21m above sea level. Cygnet is one of the southernmost villages in Australia.

The nearest more populous place is the village of Geeveston which is 12km away with a population of around 830 (show me a map with Cygnet and Geeveston).
